Cancellation due to COVID-19 reasons:

After presentation of a justification (such as a medical certificate or an institutional decision), 100% of the amounts paid will be:
- postponed if possible,
otherwise,
- refunded

In case of an interruption of the lessons due to COVID-19 reasons,

amounts paid will be postponed if possible, otherwise "prorata temporis" refunded.

In order to guarantee a peaceful stay for all of our customers, esf Villard-Reculas has implemented specific measures to comply with the health standards in force.
